She has worked across large public districts, charter schools, independent schools, and non-public settings, leading district-wide inclusion initiatives, facilitating professional development for educators, and ensuring IEP compliance. Daphne is bilingual and committed to bridging communication gaps and honoring the role of culture and language in student learning.
In her current role as a special education advocate and consultant, Daphne partners with parents to navigate the special education process.
