Dr. Diana Fannon is the founder of DisabilityEdPros and The IEP Studio. She is a former special education director, school psychologist, teacher, and district leader with more than 24 years of experience in public education. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside families and educators to support students with disabilities and has participated in thousands of IEP meetings across multiple roles.

Drawing on both her professional experience and her perspective as a parent of an autistic child, Diana is dedicated to making special education more understandable and accessible for families. Through DisabilityEdPros, she creates practical resources that help parents navigate the IEP process with greater confidence while promoting meaningful inclusion and belonging for students.

Diana created the Inclusive Schools & IEPs Summit to bring together experts in inclusion, disability, and special education with one goal: helping families better understand the decisions that shape their children's educational experiences.
