She helps students with disabilities access, learn and master age-appropriate academics.bAs the creator of the Non Linear Education method, Vaish blends scientific rigor with lived experience to reimagine what's possible for learners with complex disabilities.

Her work is shaped by her journey parenting Sid, her non-speaking autistic teen with Down syndrome - who is a published poet and author.

Through her podcast Non Linear Learning, speaking engagements, and transformative courses, Vaish helps parents to go beyond diagnosis and interventions - and step into a new paradigm where regulation and real academic growth are possible.

She believes that an Equal Education is the birthright of every child.
